NestTend Terms of Use

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use NestTend. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your sign-in credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.

Tell us promptly at support@gaboapps.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

NestTend helps you keep track of your home, equipment, maintenance plans and service history. You may use it for lawful, personal or household purposes only.

You agree not to misuse the app, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access to it or to other users' data, interfering with its operation, reverse engineering it except where the law allows, or using it to store unlawful content.

Maintenance suggestions, templates, schedules and reminders in NestTend are general information meant to help you stay organized. Some suggestions are generated by artificial intelligence and may be incomplete or inaccurate, so review them before adding them to your schedule. They are not professional, engineering, safety or manufacturer advice, and they may not suit your home, equipment or local codes.

Always follow your manufacturer's instructions and applicable laws, and use a qualified, licensed professional for work involving gas, electrical, structural, roofing or other potentially hazardous systems. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to perform any maintenance. Reminders may be delayed or missed because of device settings, connectivity or other factors, so don't rely on NestTend as your only safeguard for time-sensitive or safety-critical tasks.

You own the records, notes and photos you add to NestTend. You give us a limited permission to store, process and display that content solely to provide the app to you. You can export your content from Settings at any time.

You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the right to add it, including any photos. Please keep regular exports of records that matter to you; we are not responsible for loss of content stored only on a device that is lost, reset or damaged.

Some features require NestTend Pro, available as a monthly or yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. Your store account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion ends when you purchase a subscription.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app or your NestTend account does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies. "Lifetime" means for as long as NestTend Pro is offered and your account remains in good standing.

NestTend, including its software, design, text, templates and logos, is owned by Gabo Apps and protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use NestTend on devices you own or control.

Our NestTend Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information, and our Account Deletion Policy explains how to delete your account and data.

You may stop using NestTend and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these terms or if required by law. If we discontinue NestTend, we will try to give you reasonable notice and an opportunity to export your data.

NestTend is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free or that reminders will always be delivered.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gabo Apps is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for property damage, personal injury, repair costs, lost data or lost profits arising from your use of NestTend or from maintenance performed or not performed. Our total liability for any claim relating to NestTend is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for NestTend in the 12 months before the claim or US $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

If you downloaded NestTend from the Apple App Store, these terms are between you and Gabo Apps, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for NestTend or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it, and is not responsible for any claims relating to it, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, or intellectual property claims. If NestTend fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price, if any; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will also let you know by email or in the app. Continued use of NestTend after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
