While we build software for clients in regulated industries, including fintech, we do not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. Any content on our site or in our communications is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

Clients are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide, for obtaining necessary licenses and regulatory approvals for their products, and for operating the software we build in compliance with applicable laws.

Unless otherwise agreed in a signed engagement, custom code developed for a client project is transferred to the client upon full payment. Pre-existing frameworks, libraries, and our proprietary tooling remain the property of Gabo Apps and are licensed for use.
