Tether Task Account Deletion Policy

1. Open Tether Task and go to Settings → Delete account.
2. Review what will be removed, then confirm it's you: enter your password, or confirm with Apple or Google if you use them to sign in.
3. Tap Delete my account.

Deleting your account cannot be undone. Signing out, or deleting the app from your device, does not delete your account.

If you no longer have the app or can't sign in, email support@gaboapps.com from the email address you use to sign in to Tether Task, with the subject "Delete my Tether Task account". If you signed in with Apple using "Hide My Email", or you no longer have access to that address, tell us the name on your account and how you sign in, and we will help you verify that the account is yours. We will confirm by email when your account has been deleted.

• Your sign-in account, including your name, email address and any Apple or Google sign-in connection, which is revoked
• All of your tasks and thoughts, including completed ones
• Your companion link, which stops working immediately
• The copy of your plan stored with your account

Once your account is deleted, it cannot be restored.

Our subscription provider, RevenueCat, and the App Store or Google Play keep records of purchases as needed for billing, refunds, tax and fraud prevention. We may also keep limited information where we are legally required to.

Deleted information may remain in our providers' encrypted backups for a limited time until those backups expire, and is not used during that time.

When you delete your account in the app, your account and data are removed right away. Requests by email are completed within 30 days of verifying that the account is yours, and usually much sooner.

Deleting your account does not cancel a Tether Task Pro subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play account settings to avoid being charged again.
