Prudivo Account Deletion Policy

Email support@gaboapps.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my Prudivo account". If you signed in with Apple using "Hide My Email", or you no longer have access to that address, tell us how you sign in and we will help you verify that the account is yours. We will confirm by email when the deletion is complete.

Deleting your account cannot be undone.

• Cancel any Prudivo Premium subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting your account does not cancel it.
• Optionally disconnect your financial institutions first from Settings → Connected Accounts. We disconnect any remaining ones when we delete your account.

• Your sign-in account, including your name, email address and any Apple or Google sign-in connection
• Your connected institutions and accounts, and the Plaid connection used to retrieve them
• Your transactions, including notes, splits and categories you created
• Your budgets, savings goals, transaction rules and preferences
• Your Prudivo AI conversations
• Companion Mode invitations you created
• Your alerts and in-app notifications

After deletion, Prudivo no longer retrieves any information from your financial institutions.

Our subscription provider, RevenueCat, and the App Store or Google Play keep records of purchases as needed for billing, refunds, tax and fraud prevention. Our hosting providers keep limited technical logs for a short period. We may also keep limited information where we are legally required to.

Deleted information may remain in our providers' encrypted backups for a limited time until those backups expire, and is not used during that time.

Information held by Plaid under your own relationship with them is governed by Plaid's policies. You can review and manage it at my.plaid.com.

We start your deletion as soon as we verify your request and complete every deletion within 30 days.

You can disconnect a financial institution at any time from Settings → Connected Accounts, which removes that institution and its accounts from Prudivo. You can also delete your transaction rules, remove alerts, and revoke Companion Mode access whenever you like.

Deleting your account does not cancel a Prudivo Premium subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play account settings to avoid being charged again.
