Prudivo Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years old to use Prudivo. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your sign-in credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.

Tell us promptly at support@gaboapps.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

You can create your account with an email address or with Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google. If you use Google or Apple, we receive only the basic profile information described in our Privacy Policy.

Prudivo helps you understand your money: it brings together your accounts and transactions, shows what is safe to spend, tracks budgets and goals, forecasts cash flow, and lets you ask questions about your finances. You may use it for lawful, personal purposes only.

You agree not to misuse the app, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access to it or to other users' data, interfering with its operation, reverse engineering it except where the law allows, or using it to process unlawful content.

Safe to Spend amounts, forecasts, insights, budgets and answers from Prudivo AI are general information meant to help you stay organized. They are calculated from the data you connect and from estimates, and they may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. Some content is generated by artificial intelligence and can contain mistakes, so review it before you act on it.

Prudivo is not a bank, and it does not provide investment, tax, legal, accounting or other professional advice. You are responsible for your own financial decisions. Consult a qualified professional where appropriate, and verify balances and transactions with your financial institution.

Prudivo uses Plaid to connect to your financial institutions with read-only access. When you connect an account, you authorize Plaid to retrieve your account and transaction information on your behalf and share it with Prudivo. Prudivo cannot move money, make payments or change anything at your bank, and we never receive your bank login credentials.

You can disconnect an institution at any time from Settings → Connected Accounts. Connections can fail or become stale because of issues at your institution, so Prudivo may sometimes show data that is out of date. Your use of Plaid is also subject to Plaid's End User Privacy Policy.

Prudivo AI answers questions about your money in plain language. It uses information from the accounts you allow for AI, and some features, such as voice questions, use a third-party AI provider to process your request. Daily question limits apply and differ between the free plan and Prudivo Premium. See our Privacy Policy for what is shared.

AI answers are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete. Don't rely on them as your only source for time-sensitive or high-stakes decisions.

Companion Mode lets you invite another person to view selected records, such as one institution, one account or one transaction, in read-only form. The person you invite must sign in with the email address you invited. You decide what to share and can revoke access at any time, which takes effect immediately. You are responsible for deciding who sees your financial information.

You own the information you enter into Prudivo, such as notes, categories, budgets and goals. You give us a limited permission to store, process and display that content, and the financial data you connect, solely to provide the app to you.

You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the right to add it.

Some features require Prudivo Premium, available as a monthly or yearly subscription. Prices and any free trial are shown in the app before you buy. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. Your store account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion ends when you purchase a subscription.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app or your Prudivo account does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies.

Prudivo, including its software, design, text and logos, is owned by Gabo Apps and protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Prudivo on devices you own or control.

We work to keep Prudivo available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change, and the app depends on third parties such as your financial institutions, Plaid and our other providers, which are outside our control. We may suspend or end access to Prudivo if you violate these terms or if required by law, and you may stop using Prudivo and delete your account at any time.

Prudivo is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent permitted by law, Gabo Apps is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for losses such as overdrafts, fees, missed payments or financial decisions made based on information in Prudivo. Our total liability for any claim relating to Prudivo is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or $50. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will also let you know by email or in the app. Continuing to use Prudivo after changes take effect means you accept them.
